Plein Air on Location – UMASS Mt. Ida Campus with Barbara Marder

The location for the Sept. 18th Plein Air event has been changed from Larz Anderson Park to UMASS Mt. Ida Campus.
Meet at 10 am inside the Campus after the gatehouse. Campus Center is building 11 to the right. Meet at 12:30 at the same location for painting feedback. There is a huge parking are to the left of the gatehouse. Park there.
Directions: A couple of pointers:
- To get there if you are coming from LaGrange Street
- Cross rte 9 and drive south down Hammond Pond PKWY
- At HORACE JAMES ROTARY
- take first right onto Newton St (street name changes to Brookline St when you enter Newton).
- Continue straight to the very very end at traffic light. Continue straight across light onto Carlson Ave. – it is about 3/4 mile narrow road that leads to campus.
- At campus see gatehouse.
