Monday, September 6 (Labor Day) and Tuesday, September 7, 2021
10am – 5pm
Location: Nearby Gallery, 101 Union Street, Lower Level, Newton Center
Mornings will be figure painting with a model, afternoons will be still life.
Members: $350
Non-Members: $400
Sign-up is open now; limited to 17 participants.All participants are encouraged to wear a mask during the workshop. The location is on the ground level of an air-conditioned gallery. Light comes in from side windows but windows do not open. Metered parking is available in the nearby public parking lot of Newton Center. Public transportation (T-Station Green D-Line Newton Center) is only 100ft away. Various coffee shops and small eateries are with a 3-5-minute walking distance.
If the Commonwealth or the city of Newton changes Covid-related restrictions and this workshop cannot be held, NWS will reimburse the participant for the workshop fee minus a $25 registration fee.
Each workshop participant accepts full and complete responsibility for any risk associated with attendance and participation in this workshop and holds harmless the gallery and the Newton Watercolor Society from all liability, claims, losses, and/or damages. “
