For cancellations received in writing 6 weeks before the scheduled workshop, a $100 cancellation fee will be applied against your deposit. Cancellations made after that date may result in the forfeiture of your remaining deposit if we’re unable to fill your reserved seat with a standby applicant from our waiting list. While we understand that sudden emergencies and illnesses beyond your control might cause you to cancel your attendance in the workshop, we are truly sorry, but the terms stated above are the result of non-refundable costs we committed to on our part.
