Painting in Series with Chetana Keltcher (Zoom)

This exciting course by NWS Board Member, Chetana Keltcher, will run online over 10 Wednesday evenings from February till June 2023. Participants will paint the same subject for the duration of the workshop and will tackle different challenges each week. People will be encouraged out of their comfort zone into making a personal statement with their work. Classes will combine lectures on design, friendly online critiques, and exploration of new materials and methods of working. This class ran January – May 2021 and again from October 20221 – May 2022 and was wildly successful for the participants. Several students won prizes with their artwork in NWS and other watercolor shows. It is back by popular demand with a few changes – critiques will be online and we will do exercises (on design, color, techniques, etc) or paint after the lecture.
