Watercolor and Video Discussion – Don Andrews

Wednesday we have chosen a video by Don Andrews www.donandrewsstudio.com. In Granulation he uses luminous granular washes to come up with colors and effects that only watercolors can do. He walks us through the process of mixing colors on the page to create glowing granular washes. Then we’ll watch him use the technique on a landscape and if there is time, on a figure painting.
